Affiliates are able to promote it to a wide range of web site owners who need secure forms on their web site to communicate with their customers. Our program is free to join. Commission is 20%. Minimum payout is $10.00. Methods of payment are checks and PayPal. Commissions are sent out on the 12th of each month. Affiliates are able to login and view their earnings as well as update their account.
