It's FREE for any Merchant with an Affiliate Program to promote their offer on AffiliateFirst. Due to the overwhelming number of submissions we receive that we simply delete, we thought we could save everyone some time by publishing our 'terms'.

1. AffiliateFirst does not list Adult or 'X' rated affiliate programs. 

2. Please! No more Six Figure Income (SFI) submissions. We are one of their "7 million affiliates", so there's little chance your SFI site will be included before our SFI site.

3. We might at some time attempt to join your affiliate program. We may not promote your program with our affiliate link but we would expect to be approved for your program. If our application is denied then we will delete your listing.  

4. Affiliate Program must be free to join with no purchase necessary to earn commissions. 

5. We only list programs that pay money!  No credits, exchanges, etc. just Cash! 

6. We do not list MLM programs, we do list multi-tier affiliate programs.

7. Have an Online signup- 'email me for details@mysite.com' doesn't work. If you have a decent tracking solution then you should have an online signup form.

8. We make every attempt to screen scams and sites that are actually affiliates disguised as merchants.

9. Incomplete submissions or those that require editing on our part are placed in 'a pile'. We edit this 'pile' as time permits. Please read all the notes on the form when submitting to avoid the pile.

10. We do not knowingly promote, sites that violate intellectual property rights, promote illegal activities, or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or anything else. 

11. If your affiliate program listing is denied we will tell you why. (unless you fail 'condition 13')

12. If you submit a site that does not have an affiliate program we will simply delete it. 

13. Submissions with email addresses of @hotmail, @aol, and other Free email are immediately suspect. You can submit with a free email, but your submission will automatically be placed on hold. In general, submissions from free email accts are reviewed as time permits.  (Unless you pay then you will need to give us a 'real email' to submit to the other directories!)
